  1. Why not before it goes into the oven? Why not right after it’s made? At the cutting station it’s to late, the pizza has already been cooked. Maybe it’s an Australian reverso thing.

  2. So, this marvelous piece of garbage, is an utter eyesore. Not installed well at all. It doesn’t accommodate tall people who end up blocking the camera whilst they cut. It arbitrarily mislabels and straight up misses pizzas. Takes pictures pre post bake sauce so every customer thinks it is missing their sauce. And calls remakes on literally every thin pizza because Fuck me.
