  1. **Ingredients**

    – 12 graham crackers

    – half a quart container vanilla ice cream, softened

    – 1c marshmallow fluff

    – 1 box chocolate pudding mix, prepared per package directions


    Spread 6 graham crackers in a 13”x9” baking
    dish lined with parchment paper, spread pudding over the crackers, freeze 30 min or until firm.

    Mix ice cream (softened) with 1c marshmallow fluff (note: it won’t fully combine so expect marshmallow “pockets”) spread over frozen chocolate layer, top with 6 graham crackers. Freeze at least 3 hours, cut into 16 squares and enjoy! Let thaw for a few minutes before eating for best flavor.
