    INGREDIENTS

    – 2 cups nonfat or whole vanilla Greek yogurt
    – 1 cup pure pumpkin
    – 1 teaspoon vanilla
    – 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    – 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    – 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    – Apple slices and graham crackers, optional for dipping

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.

    2. Pour into a bowl and serve with sliced fruit, graham crackers or anything else you desire, to dip.
