I find I have more fat left over from cooking bargain selections of meats than I would use for roasting my vegetables. I would love to have a uses for the collected beef, chicken, and pork fats other than just gravy, and it feels disrespectful to throw away any part of the animal from which I haven’t gotten every bit of nutrition out. Biscuits? Flat bread? I’d love to hear your ideas and recipes.
